Ingredients
Crust:

butter
softened

Filling:
8
eggs

all-purpose flour

all-purpose flour
1 1/4
cups
lemon juice
about 6-10 lemons, depending on size
confectioners sugar
for dusting
Instructions
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F
For Crust:
Blend together butter, salt, sugar, and flour.
Press into the bottom of an ungreased 9x13-inch pan.
Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until firm and golden.
Prep filling while baking.
For Filling:
Whisk together eggs, sugar, and flour for filling. Pour over hot baked crust.
Bake for an additional 25 minutes. The bars will firm up as they cool.
After pans have cooked, cut into square and dust with confectioners sugar.
