Method
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees F
- Blend together butter, salt, sugar, and flour.
- Press into the bottom of an ungreased 9×13-inch pan.
- Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until firm and golden.
- Prep filling while baking.
- Whisk together eggs, sugar, and flour for filling. Pour over hot baked crust.
- Bake for an additional 25 minutes. The bars will firm up as they cool.
- After pans have cooked, cut into square and dust with confectioners sugar.
